On February 27, 2026, GLOBIS Corporation and ESADE Business School announced the successful completion of their first joint international immersion program in Tokyo. Held at the GLOBIS University Tokyo Campus, the program hosted executives from ESADE’s Executive MBA program for an intensive learning experience focused on Japanese management and innovation.

The five-day program explored the theme “The Continuum: Where Tradition and Innovation Coexist.” Through lectures, discussions, and experiential sessions, participants examined how long-standing cultural values and modern innovation continue to shape Japanese organizations and society.

A central focus of the program was the relationship between tradition and innovation, highlighting how the two can reinforce one another in building sustainable organizations. Participants also gained deeper insight into Japanese leadership, organizational practices, and business culture while reflecting on their own leadership perspectives and organizational purpose.

ESADE representatives described the program as one of the institution’s most impactful global learning experiences, noting the strong participant engagement and the scale of the executive education cohort. Feedback from participants emphasized new perspectives and a deeper understanding of Japanese business practices.
