On April 28, 2026, GLOBIS Corporation announced the launch of the Visionary Leadership Program (VLP), a new executive education program designed for senior leaders and managers from around the world. The program marks GLOBIS’s first English-language leadership offering for global executives held in Japan.
The Visionary Leadership Program combines immersive learning experiences in Kyoto and Tokyo with online sessions. Through experiences such as Zen meditation and ikebana, participants will examine concepts including long-term thinking, stakeholder harmony, human-centered leadership, and kokorozashi-driven decision-making.
Designed for leaders navigating uncertainty and rapid change, the program challenges participants to re-examine the role of business and leadership in society today, while also broadening their perspectives on organizational purpose and sustainable growth. The curriculum also focuses on strengthening decision-making capabilities and fostering leadership grounded in personal mission and values.
