On June 15, 2026, GLOBIS launched the GLOBIS Middle East Commercial Representative Office in Muscat, Oman, marking its first presence in the Middle East. Established by GLOBIS Europe, the new office will support leadership development, business education, and collaboration between Oman, Japan, and the wider region.
The Muscat office will offer corporate education programs, MBA courses, and leadership development initiatives while connecting professionals and organizations with the broader GLOBIS ecosystem. It will also serve as a platform for GLOBIS’ activities in innovation and entrepreneurship, including startup development, venture capital, and global networking.
GLOBIS has built relationships in Oman over several years through leadership programs, educational initiatives, partnerships, and events in Muscat. This relationship has been further strengthened by GLOBIS Founder and President Yoshito Hori, who has served on the International Board of Advisors of the Royal Academy of Management since 2025 and has visited Oman on multiple occasions.
Through its new presence in Muscat, GLOBIS aims to contribute to Oman Vision 2040, particularly in leadership development, human capital development, innovation, and practical workforce training. The office will also support deeper cooperation between Oman and Japan across business, education, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
The establishment of the Middle East office marks an important step in GLOBIS’ long-term commitment to the region. GLOBIS looks forward to fostering leadership, innovation, and cross-border collaboration while supporting the development of Oman’s future leaders and organizations.
