Learn practical leadership that inspires and guides others under extreme conditions.
Day 2: (May 26) “志”(Kokorozashi), leadership, organizational challenges
Reflect on one’s leadership style and aspirations based on the assigned readings. Articulate one’s company’s organizational challenges and set learning goals for the remainder of the program.

Day 3: (Jun 2) Critical Thinking: Communication
Learn the skills needed to clearly communicate your ideas from the other person’s perspective and to engage in effective exchange of opinions.
Session 3: Fundamentals in Management (Planning)
Day 4: (Jun 9) Strategy Planning
How to plan the strategy for competitive advantage.
Day 5: (Jun 16) Fundamentals of the Marketing Process
Develop an understanding of the critical issues in marketing, such as segmentation, targeting, positioning, and customer communication.
Day 6: (Jun 23) Strategy Formulation for Achieving Competitive Advantage
Grasp the key points of strategy formulation for building sustainable competitive advantage, and develop the perspectives required to compete in a global environment.
Session 4: Fundamentals in Management (Capital)
Day 7: (Jul 7) Accounting Basics
Basic financial statements (PL, BS, Cash Flow).
Day 8: (Jul 14) Projected Financial Statements
Creating projected financial statements for decision-making.
Session 5: Fundamentals in Management (People)
Day 9: (Jul 21) Mastery of Problem-Solving Techniques
Develop the skills to envision the ideal state, identify problems through gap analysis, break them down systematically, and derive effective solutions.
Day 10: (Jul 28) Innovation Leader and Teams
Understanding the key role of leadership and team growth in innovation, psychological safety, and learning from failure.
Day 11: (Aug 4) Japanese Management and Challenges
Gain deeper insight into Japanese-style management, focusing on knowledge sharing and organizational structure, while exploring its strengths and challenges.
Session 6: Integrated Learning
Day 12: (Aug 11) Integrating Learning into Business and Self
Explore the essence of enduring companies and identify the core principles our company and ourselves should follow.

The course will be conducted entirely in English via Zoom, accommodating up to 25 participants, with a limit of three employees per company.
