Build a solid foundation for managing teams and people with
structured, practical frameworks.

Gain deeper insight into Japanese-style management, focusing on

Understanding the key role of leadership and team growth in
innovation, psychological safety, and learning from failure.

Grasp the key points of strategy formulation for building
sustainable competitive advantage, and develop the perspectives

Integrate frameworks so far and try to tackle the actual issues
each participant faces

Program Schedule (Held every Tuesday)

  • Pacific Time (PT): 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Central Time (CT): 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
  • Eastern Time (ET): 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Delivery Method & Capacity

The course will be conducted entirely in English via Zoom, accommodating up to 25 participants, with a limit of three employees per company.
