Session 4: Fundamentals in Management (Capital)

Day 7: Accounting Basics

Read and analyse the essential financial statements, including the income statement and balance sheet.

Day 8: Projected Financial Statements

Use financial statements to guide business planning and decision-making.

Day 9: Leadership

Learn how leadership can transform organisations and drive success.
