Great leadership isn't always about pushing harder or moving faster. Sometimes, it's about making space to reflect, putting people first, and thinking beyond the next quarterly result.
Japan is home to 41% of the world's companies over 100 years old. Their remarkable longevity offers a different perspective on leadership, one where compassion, purpose, and long-term thinking have a place alongside business performance.
Join GLOBIS Faculty Director and ordained Buddhist priest, Dr. Tadahiro Wakasugi, for an exclusive 60-minute webinar bringing these Japanese leadership principles to life through real-world examples and takeaways you can apply to your own context.
