The GLOBIS Global Leadership Development Program consists of 15 sessions over 6 months in a hybrid format. It begins in December with a program orientation and includes sessions on leadership, strategic planning, digital transformation, action learning (including site visits), financial knowledge, and ends in May with final presentations. Some sessions are conducted online, others onsite at the GLOBIS Japan headquarters. Participants also engage in e-learning via GLOBIS Unlimited throughout the program.
